Using UniBiegers in 6 Easy Steps

1) Preparation & Positioning

The Unibieger® is positioned in the appropriate width on the metal web to be bent.

2) Attaching to the Metal

Position the Unibieger® on the prepared sheet metal strip.

 

3) Clamping the Sheet Metal

The upper handle is lifted until the material is clamped.

 

4) Bending of the Metal

The clamped sheet is bent to the end position via the 2nd axis.

 

5) Folding the Lower Handle

By lifting the lower handle of the Unibieger.

 

6) Removal from the Metal

The Unibieger® is removed from the seam - the bending process is complete.
